Clean and Quiet
"We had a nice restful stay. This was our third time to stay here. The house is always clean, the kitchen has what you need to cook or just have a cup of coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is an excellent communicator. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area."

Warning - not a nice place
"The place was very small and cut up. It was dirty and had ants all in the kitchen. Every room was in some form dirty including showers and toilets. Dangerous stairs to get upstairs and down. Found slugs in basement where two bedrooms were located. Water dripped out of the ceiling onto kitchen counter. ..."
