There is a pizza place right next door, we did not eat there but just an fyi. They also have a little mini-mart in the lobby that has snacks and wine, juice and soft drinks. "Nice property close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Our suite was spacious with two queens and a pull out bed. Rooms were clean and bathroom was updated, though on the smaller side. Wish there was a small table in living room area for dining, etc. Free breakfast was solid, with eggs, bacon and DIY Belgian waffles, plus other typical continental options. Dog friendly with grassy area by entrance and pick up bags. "

"Have stayed several times. Like that they have real keys! This is our go-to when we visit Eugene. My one recommendation is to upgrade the pillows. Otherwise no complaints. Good service, pet friendly, breakfast is good enough."

"I've stayed here twice over the past month. Both times the staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and has choices for everyone. Though the rooms show signs of wear and tear, they are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is also convenient to so many things and attractions. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. "

"The carpet was a bit dirty in the room. The trashes on the floor were overflowing. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable. The manager was very helpful in refunding us for the extra we paid for the pull out couch."

"The room was excellent - very clean and well-appointed, comfortable bed, and it was a nice quiet night. It is very convenient, across from Gateway Mall in Springfield. We arrived late at night, however, and the water in the shower was only lukewarm. That applied throughout the two of us showering. In fairness, the hotel was being remodeled, so maybe that will be sorted out. The breakfast was low-key - toaster waffles or white bread, yogurt, plastic-wrapped pastries, cereal in the lobby. ...
