Seclusion!
If you want seclusion, this is your place! The family enjoyed playing outside, plus the indoor activities, such as pool, kept everyone busy! The hot tub was very popular!!

Great place for a family our size to stay.
We had a great stay. Sledding hill on the property was very fun and the hot tub was a hit. It snowed the day we were there witch made everything so beautiful. And building snowmen was on the agenda too .Very comfortable and well equipped. Made lots of great memories.

Beautiful, secluded getaway!
This is our second stay and we loved it! We stayed in the Fall and the mountain scenery was beautiful. The cabin is spacious and well stocked. Plenty of room for our party of 12. The cabin provides plenty of entertainment indoors as well as outdoors. Our host was easy to work with and met all our needs. Definitely plan on staying again!

Fantastic country home.
This was a wonderful place for our family reunion. The house was very clean. We were very impressed with it the minute we walked in. The house was large. The kitchen was equipt with lots of cooking appliances and dishes. We had 14 adults and 10children and 5 babies. There was lots of room for all our activities. It rained and was cold one day but there was plenty of room inside to do the activities. The beds were very comfotable and plenty for all. Some slept on the mats that were provided at the house. Communication with the owners was easy. Any questions were answered quickly. Even before we booked they were so willing to answer any questions. I wish we could have stayed a lot longer here. It was so relaxful and beautiful.

Something for everyone
We had a group of 24 and this property worked so perfectly for us. Plenty of room inside and great outdoor space for games and water fights. Property managers were VERY responsive and helpful. They even got someone there to get the swamp cooler going, on a Sunday. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and helpful! Two fridges were so great for our group! All of the games provided and the hot tub were so perfect. There really was something for everyone! One member of our group forgot something and the property managers were great to let us know and mail it back! The peace and quiet and beauty were good for the soul! I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and comfortable for a large group
It was a really nice place to stay with our large family. We had about 32 people there. There was plenty of space. The only negative for us was that there was no AC. The house stayed between 78-82 during the day (a bit too warm for us) and we did open the windows at night to cool things off, but then we were all FREEZING cold and had to get jackets and extra blankets. Even while watching tv or playing games in the great room at night we were just too cold, but kept the windows open so the house would be bearable the next day. Other than that, the place was wonderful!!

Beautiful Rejuvenating Ranch with Fun Activities for Family Reunion
Great! We love that back deck. Played several games back there. Ate breakfast back there, and we actually saw a badger out in the pasture one morning, which was surprising. The first night we saw 3 impressive bucks all together, in that same pasture. The pool table was fun, also the family had alot of fun with the ping-pong table in the garage. Kitchen was awesome, had plenty of room for our family reunion. Alyse the property manager was very accommodating, ensured we were comfortable, answered any questions we had, and confirmed we had what we needed. Also has a great sense of humor. All I can say is I would love to take care of that ranch. It's beautiful. And in a wonderful location. I loved to see the pictures in the entryway of the progression of this beautiful building Beck family built. We would love to visit again. I'm sure this place is amazing in the winter months.

This is a wonderful place to stay! No neighbors to worry about, LOTS of provided games for all ages, clean air and beautiful country. We saw deer, bunnies, cranes, and even a badger! We really hated to leave!

Lovely home in a beautiful location
What a great place for our family reunion! There was tons of space for everyone and lots of stuff to do — ping pong, a pool table, a hot tub, lots of games for both indoor and outdoors. It was nice to have two refrigerators, a nice gas griddle on the patio, and a spacious kitchen. And the setting was so beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed exploring the area — there’s lots to see and do in that valley. We did have an issue with the water while we were there, but the owners quickly went out of their way to take care of it for us. They were so responsive and helpful. We’d love to come back again.

Perfect place for our family reunion
We had 30 people of all ages. The house is very large and comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We love the isolated location. The children can run and play outside without any worries about traffic and there are plenty of places to explore outside. We love to plan our own activities and don't need outside entertainment, so it is the perfect location for us. Loved the large room and tables in the garage for craft projects, the large living room with TV and lots of seating, nice kitchen, and the tree swings are the best!

Excellent Weekend Getaway
We rented the property for a family reunion with my parents, me and my siblings, and all our spouses and kids. There were things for everyone to do, outside and inside. We all were able to have our own rooms for a bit of privacy, but also had plenty of room to be together in the common areas. The hosts were very communicative. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities. We loved it!

All details & descriptions are accurate; it is a wonderful location to visit with family and has multiple rooms to fit any taste in terms of beds, light rooms, darker rooms, hot tub on the lower level outside deck was a highlight for everyone!

"Home"
We were looking for a place where our family could gather that would be close to our old family homestead in Indianola and this was just perfect in so many ways. Not only was it nearby, we have long-standing family/friend relationship with the Becks! From the very beginning, Katie was a pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and was very accommodating when it came to some of our unusual needs. The house is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed (and then some). Thank you, Katie and family, for your part in making our family gathering so very special.

Better than the photos!
We loved our stay here, even though we were nervous we wouldn’t all be able to fit comfortably. The home is nicer inside then the photos might suggest and some of our favorite areas were the back porch with the big tables (kids loved eating out there), kitchen was fully equipped to help with food prep, billiards room was so fun, and the yard was like a little oasis with big shade trees and green grass. We would definitely stay here again.
