"The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. Service across all meals is excellent. The beach is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and close to the bar and toilets. The sea is perfect for snorkeling. The info on activities is readily available and we took part in several trips. The bus routes are easy to access, cheap and quick. The bus stop signage/info isn’t great and the bus website not easy to use but reception helped us out here. Staff were always friendly and never failed to greet us hello and goodbye. Evening entertainment is varied and atmosphere is good. Thanks to everyone for a great stay. "

"Mitsis Faliraki was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend it to anyone hoping to stay in a upmarket all inclusive hotel in Rhodes! The bar staff, team in reception and restaurant staff were all so kind, polite and helpful, and no request was too big! The evening entertainment was amazing and we enjoyed every night. The facilities are great, the pool is a perfect size and temperature and the beach was clean and hosted water sports. The location was perfect! Just 20/30 minutes from the airport and able to walk into Faliraki centre in 2 mins for a vibrant nightlife and bars. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which we utilised to head to the infamous Rhodes Water Park just 3km away and up to Rhodes old town also."

"Adult only hotel set in the hills. Main part of hotel with bars and restaurants at the lower part of the ‘village’ with a handy shop Alongside. For those with mobility issues you would have to wait for the bus which goes round every 15/20 mins. Otherwise a hilly and step Walk can be overcome. Great breakfasts - so much selection. Probdbly the best in Europe we’ve seen. Only had one evening meal but was Asian night and was excellent. Good food at poolside bar. Two Pools with lounger service. Large outside areas and super comfy beds and no issue getting a bed- with no kids around it’s a very chilled vibe and quiet . Bus takes you to beach where there is an excellent beach restaurant.music Entertainment most nights. Comfortable rooms. Located 10/12 mins taxi to Faliraki - €10/12 and old Rhodes town €20/24 - 25 mins. recommended. Should add partners birthday and without asking or prompting had a delicious large cake given to us at breakfast. Very good service assume picked up from passport "

"A quiet oasis yet close to restaurants and amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Don’t be put off by Faliraki. It is easy to be separate or part of the hustle and bustle from this hotel. Plenty of restaurants and the beach a short walk away. A central location for Rhodes old town, butterfly valley and Lindos. Only 20 mins to the airport. Perfect location for a holiday. "

"Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!"
