Enjoy a cozy retreat to this newly remodeled studio cottage in a quiet lake neighborhood, just a short walk to public boat launch and hiking trails and easy drive to hiking trails and skiing. Open concept 425 sq ft studio layout with brand new finishes, from walls and flooring to all appliances and amenities:

+ King size bed and convertible sleeper sofa. Sleeper measures 70" x 40" and has a weight capacity of ~300 lbs.
+ Full size kitchen with brand new appliances and quartz countertops.
+ Curl up in the living area to enjoy the 55" Roku Smart TV
+ Bathroom features walk in rain shower and is stocked with towels, hair dryer and toiletries. Washer/dryer in unit.
+ Outdoor patio with fire pit and Adirondack chairs, facing private yard
+ Calming lake neighborhood on quiet dead end road with ample evergreens
+ Easy, free on site parking
+ Walking distance to public waterfront and boat launch and Preston-Snoqualmie biking and hiking trail head

The cottage is very clean and cozy with all the accommodations of home. The bed was comfortable and kitchen is spacious. A great getaway for a couple. Located on a property with another home, it still felt private. The hosts were nice and welcoming. A short drive to the falls and shopping.

Relaxing Respite from Golf Tournament Volunteering
The stand alone studio was new, well set up and stocked with coffee, spices, laundry soap, and other amenities that in some properties you have to bring. The setting is quiet, lovely with a stone patio outfitted with chairs and fire pit for evening lounging. The proprietors were very helpful and available for any questions. After long days working at a golf tournament this was a welcome place to spend the evening.

Lake Alice area cottage
Great cottage, well appointed and superb attention to all the details. The recently finished front and back flagstone patios were perfect. Back patio was private with a fire pit and faced a forest with mature cedar trees. Hope to be back soon with my paddle board, lake Alice is beautiful and public boat launch is half mile down the road.

We had such a nice weekend at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is so well designed and comfortable. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. We loved going to the lake, running in nearby North Bend, and visiting the beautiful waterfall.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were in town for Taylor Swift and this was such a perfect place to stay. An easy drive into Seattle, but you feel very secluded and private. Gorgeous scenery. There was clearly a lot of attention to detail put into the home and we felt so at home. Christina ensured we had everything we’d need. Highly recommend!!!

Exactly what we wanted
We absolutely loved our stay. Bright, clean, and beautiful inside and out, we loved the view out back to the woods and enjoyed cooking meals on the gas range. It was fun to try a nespresso machine for the first time, and to enjoy the delicious coffee from the french press. The tall rainfall showerhead was an added bonus. If we are to travel that way again, we will most definitely stay again. And we'll be sure to visit nearby Snoqualmie falls again when we do. Thanks for a lovely visit, Christina!
