"This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. "

"Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. "Lovely find between Morcote and Lugano. Shuttle bus collected us from Lugano train station for an our 2 night stay. We had a very large room overlooking the lake. Everything was clean and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Morcote or a bus/shuttle ride away from Lugano. The spa and restaurant were also of high quality. "
