Restaurant service at both breakfast and dinner, painfully slow. Having been seated, we then waited ten minutes for a menu. Then another long wait for the order to be taken. Long waits between courses. Coffee/ tea served first at breakfast, but obviously cold by the time cooked food arrived 25 minutes later. I understand that some people eat from the continental buffet whilst waiting- we don’t. An observant server would have noticed this and notified the kitchen. The restaurant was never more than half-full. The food was good when it finally arrived. On the plus side, the bar service was exemplary. Order taken and food and drink arrived promptly.

It was an very positive experience from beginning to ending of the stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful, the inside of the hotel was very clean and immaculate. Lovely hotel with friendly staff, bedroom was clean and looked after every day of our stay... Beds were very comfortable and communal areas nicely decorated. We also pool during our stay which was great fun for our son...we would definitely visit again if we will stay in the area.

We loved this hotel in Falmouth. Great service from the minute we were generously offered a welcome drink on check in, convenient free parking and a great location. Room was great and the bathroom had lovely big fluffy bath towels and nice products. Breakfast was outstanding, I have high expectations for the dinner service! Our last minute 1 night stay went far too quickly so we'll be back for a few nights next time to make the most of the hotel, spa, bar and restaurant! Really pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thank you.
