"It’s a nice hotel but they having a weird policy about the cleaning. If you want to have your room cleaned you have to tell the receptionist a day before, otherwise you have to clean yourself. It’s weird because that’s what you pay for to have a clean and fresh room everyday. Cleaning should be automatic like in every hotel. That is why you are booking a hotel not a hostel."

"This hotel has a beautiful view from the upper floors, so beautiful you might want to lie in bed and just watch the clouds and trees (we spent time doing just that!). The Murphy bunks are a great idea, and more hotels should jump on that idea. We missed having an electric kettle/coffee maker in the room, but we can see space is limited. Our stay would be a full 5 stars, but they were housing participants in a middle school football / soccer tournament being held around Falun. It seemed no adults...
