I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!

The rooms needs an update. For a 4 star hotel the television reception is below standard. The breakfast isn't the standard of a 4 star hotel. the coffee was not nice.

Although the staff was responsive and helpful and the flat was new, there were too many problems to recommend this apartahotel. The biggest problem and one that cannot be changed by the owner is the NOISE from the Punk Rock Bar across the street. They are open until 3:00 am and it is LOUD. There were other problems with the flat. There was a bad sewer-like odor in the flat and in the building. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking. It lacked practical items like a cutting board and strainer. There were no basic provided such as salt, pepper, sugar. It is full size kitchen but hard to use due to the lack of these basic items.
