"This is probably the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed in! It’s modern, spacious, with great appliances and a beautiful view of Brixen. We came for a ski trip using the Dolomiti Superski Pass. We skied at Gar Valdena a few days (about 40 minutes away), but our favorite was the PLOSE mountain, just 15 minutes from the house - long, wide slopes. The jacuzzi after skiing was a big plus. There are also ski boot heaters, which we used also to heat our gloves. Don’t hesitate to rent this home....

"We flew to Innsbruck then took hire car (prepaid from Sixst) down to Bruneck - a short journey, though very dependent on traffic. The flat itself is very clean modern and comfortable and well equipped. And Andreas and his wife are very polite and obliging. We confirm that her strudel is delicious! There are a variety of good walks as well as skiing for all abilities in the area. We would definitely recommend it!"

"It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."

"Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Ski Tage, Tiefgarage 200m entfernt war sehr praktisch und preislich fair, Skischuhwärmer im Keller ist vorhanden. Man benötigt natürlich immer Skibus oder Auto mit entsprechenden (Zeit-)Aufwand, dafür kann man Abends zu Fuß in die schöne Innenstadt zum Essen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück ab 07:00, Cappuccino u.ä. wird von der Siebträgermaschine liebevoll und frisch zubereitet. "

Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity! A wonderful stay in Bressanone!

"We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you! "
