Very clean, comfortable & spacious. If you don’t mind a slightly dated hotel, you’ll find this one is well run and maintained. It’s really a great value. I didn’t realize we’d have our own kitchenette! We didn’t need that, but if you do, just know you’ll need to bring your own dishes, pans, condiments, dish soap, etc. We’d certainly stay there again.

Great location when had family member in Sanford hospital. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. Room was clean and nice layout. Would stay again.

Overall our stay was good. The only negative thing is that one of the rooms we were given had a broken flush on the toilet. They did try and rectify the situation but the only two choices were a room that had a terrible smell of decaying garbage or one that smelled of cat urine. We made the most of it but it was very inconvenient when the toilet had to be flushed.

This hotel is perfect for an extended stay. I did not need the kitchenette but it was fully stocked. I would have appreciated a hot breakfast but the room service options were not to my liking.
