The staff here are lovely and service is great. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was very nice too. I’d recommend asking for a room situated away from the restaurant if you’re bothered by noise. I will definitely do this next time I stay and look forward to returning.

The infrastructure is outstanding and the prices reasonable for the area. We had selected this hotel because of its central location between Oxford and The Cotswolds, which we wanted to explore over 3 days. Could not have asked for better service, I had booked a table at the hotel for an evening meal and noticed, I had booked the wrong date, I phoned up straight away and they adjusted the date with no hesitation and realised that I had booked a room for with them to celebrate my partner's birthday. On arrival we were taken to our room where they had put a birthday message on the tv and left a birthday card, a rose and chocolates. When we went for our meal that night the had also put a birthday card and a gift voucher towards our meal on our table. These little touches really made our weekend. The room was very clean and definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, the food and service we received was outstanding.

I was excited about going to this hotel given the reviews. But I don’t believe they are real because the shower was disgusting particularly the shower heads. There was so much limescale that when you turned on the shower it would come into the water. Ended up having to get a limescale and bleach to clean the bathroom. The staff tried cleaning it but they did a terrible job. Terrible experience. I’m so upset
