Very Pleasantly Surprised!

Hotel room was spacious and clean! The property was gorgeous with a lot of amenities! Pool area was nice. Didn’t love the break every hour, but was nice to get out and re apply sun screen, they even brought popsicles during one break! Hotel staff was very friendly!

Nice 2 BR, 2 bath suite with balcony. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. My only complaint was there was not a true shower in the master BR. Had to use hand-held shower wand from big jetted tub.

A few improvements could make it a 10!

The rooms are a bit dated but very spacious and have everything you need. There are a lot of activities throughout the resort. The biggest issues are the internet speed, which is dreadful, and lack of a restaurant / bar. There is a snack bar but very low quality. For this being a resort with many units and activities, they would benefit greatly (and like profit from) and decent restaurant and a bar with at least beer and wine.

Upon checking in, the price I was charged before I checked in was different than my booking. I chose to pay at check in, and the amount was off by more than $200. I was told that they were aware that the dollar amount seemed off but that they went ahead and charged my card that I used to save my booking anyway. No attempt to contact me prior to my arrival was made to alert me to the issue. Ultimately they were able to get the issue sorted out with Expedia but it would have been nice for them to hold off on charging me so then it wouldn’t take days for money to be returned to me or at the very least communicate that they knew there was an issue and the were attempting to get it sorted out. Otherwise the rooms were spacious, clean and above my expectations. The available activities were nice if you wanted to participate in them and off property excursions were close by and easily found.

Vi bodde i lägenhet nr 33 med 2 stora sovrum varav ett med jaguzzi + toalett och den andra med badrum med dusch och badkar, kylskåp och litet kök. Kök och vardagsrum ihop. Gott om utrymme för upp till 6 personer. Bekväma sängar, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fin och lugn omgivning. Saknade doch närhet till butiker och restauranger Rekommenderar verkligen detta fantastiska boende.
