"A lovely hotel in a lovely quiet spot over looking Frensham Pond. Room huge, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Bar area a little subdued and lacked some atmosphere, it could have done with some back ground music. Staff were nice enough but sadly lacked enthusiasm and interaction with their customers. Those working in the bar didn’t acknowledge us when waiting to be served and there was no communication or warm welcome, to the extent we felt a little awkward. Breakfast offer was...
