Property was Good.. We had a problem with our room on check-in and the issue was quickly rectified by 2 Excellent Staff Members.. Antonio and Marcio.. Property is right at the Marina so it is Close to Everything.. Walkable and Easy..

The hotel is in a really good spot and you can see both sunrise and sunset from the balconies on the top floor. My room was nice and the breakfasts were amazing - great food, fabulous views and being serenaded by a pianist. I had a great stay until the last night when there was a big party in the function room on the floor above mine. They really need to work on soundproofing. It spolt a great stay.

The location is brilliant: close to the bus stop, a tour meeting point, restaurants, cathedral, and a great seaside view from the restaurant on the top. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was stunning. They offer a wide range of food and the quality was great as well as the piano gig. My favourite was egg tart. Just a building itself was old. I heard a lots of noise from outside as well as footsteps on the floor above, and I couldn’t sleep well. The insulation structure needing to be updated.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Rooms spotless. Rooftop pool is great. Cushions on the patio could be recovered but were clean. Very walkable location. Nice gym. Parking a bit of a pain. Fantastic breakfast. Very safe. The driver we booked through the hotel to pick us up at the airport was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have visited this property previously for a short stay but this time stopped for a week. The extra days proved that there is a limited amount of activities in the area. A 1/2 day boat trip is essential as is a walk through the old town but other than that nothing much. Outside the main couple of streets the city is largely empty and derelict. The pool area on the roof was nicely set out but needs some desperate tlc. The steps into the pool are coming away from the concrete and a lot of the loungers are frayed. The buffet breakfast was included but unfortunately the hot plate should be renamed the lukewarm plate making it reminiscent of a Wetherspoon breakfast. Could be so much better with a bit of effort.

Good location overlooking the marina and close to the attractive old town. Good train and bus connections nearby. Very helpful staff. Only drawback was the pool, which was difficult and dangerous to get in and out of, so that might put me off staying there again.
