The property is perfectly equipped, we felt like we were at home. The host, Patricia, was always available and took care of us. "A beautiful little beach house (definitely little) which was perfect for 2 of us. Behind the house is a sun trap, out of the wind - great for cooler days. Wonderful cafes just a few houses away. The host, Paulo, was quick to answer any messages and very helpful. "

"Property was not the easiest to find and the welcome information should be improved. Things like wifi access, local restaurant recommendations or things to do in the area should be available. The place itself was good and the pics of the backyard are accurate. A very nice outdoor area. Indoors things are starting to show their age."

"We had a wonderful stay at this great villa which is only a short drive from the airport, but provides a quiet and beautiful location. For mid-to-late October, we were blessed with the weather, which only enhanced the beauty of the place and its surroundings. There are restaurants and amenities that are only a short drive away, so there's plenty still to see and do. Joao was an excellent host and communication with him was excellent. If I can guarantee the weather, I'll certainly be back!"

"The property is stunning beautiful gardens spacious bedrooms with lovely bedding n towels. Well equipped kitchen plenty of fridge n freezer space. Lovely outdoor eating areas for all 18 of us. "This villa is perfect for old and young alike. We felt comfortable and at home as soon as we arrived. The house is spacious with everything you need. The pool, the views, the beautiful plants and the amazing sunsets were stunning. Even without a car we managed to get out and about. 5 days weren't enough, we didn't want to leave."

"The property is more beautiful than the pictures. The accommodation is well spread out with plenty of spaces to socialise or reflect quietly depending on your mood. The outside space, pool area, complete with kitchen and barbecue was wonderful. The villa is very comfortable, and feels more like a home from home rather than a holiday rental, with the little touches so often missed being present. The restaurant within walking distance is a treat, as is the fish restaurant in the next village...

"Villa is much better than the photos. The garden is stunning and the pool is huge. So much space in the villa and a well equipped kitchen - very modern and tastefully decorated. If I had to be critical - the upstairs room is a little small and the garden furniture could be better - but that’s really just nitpicking. Definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The host was really helpful and attentive - thoroughly recommend!"

"Since our visiting granddaughter had an early flight, we decided to book this hotel. We booked a three beds suite--nice, comfortable and clean. We missed the breakfast so I cannot comment on it. At check-in, the machine to load the door keys was down so the young lady at reception had to accompany us to our room to unlock the door. By evening, the door key machine was functioning. We were able to park our car right in front of the main doors which was a bonus. We would definitely stay in that hotel again!"

"Just returned from an amazing weekend staying at the Ria Formosa. A short walk from the airport, ideal if you’re travelling light. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the Royal room, it went well above our expectations and the hot tub was lovely and clean. The breakfast was great value for money, everything was fresh and tasty. All in all an absolute hidden gem, can’t think of anything that could have been better and we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our mini holiday so lovely! "
