"Centrally located, easy access to public transportation and major sights. Free laundry, early arrival luggage storage, excellent communication, and all of the espresso pods we needed(!) made this an excellent choice! Rooftop was only open 10am-10pm, which coincided with our times away from the hotel. Linens lacked a washcloth, so bring your own. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Traveling between Christmas and New Years with three teenage sons, we chose STAY for the space and kitchen and it exceeded our expectations. "The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. "I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

Great place and romantic atmosphere

"It was great. I had a certain rebate on a hotel night to use and I decided to use it for a romantic day with my Danish boyfriend. The hotel offers many options to make the bedroom more romantic and they even gifted me a bottle of sparkling wine which was rly kind of them. The pool was fun and the sauna as well. Overall a rly nice place to bond with your partner."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again. "

Great location for exploring Copenhagen

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did not realise the 1st of January the hotel restaurant would be closed. But then all of Copenhagen was ordering delivery! Great little restaurant across the street called Fredas. Danish food, large portions so go hungry!! Location was great as only a 5-10 minute walk from Copenhagen Central station and another 2-3 min walk from Vesterport station which is on the main metro lines. Will definitely be returning. "
