"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering). "

"We arrived late at night to the hotel, reception was closed but the owner had left an envelope with everything we needed for our stay with a warm handwritten note (including instructions to get a beer from the fridge!) "We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice. A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast. Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus. "

"It is located in the middle of a shopping street. Google map directed us to the back of the hotel. Friendly service. They prepared us 3 bags of breakfast at 6am as we needed to check out early. "The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."
