Lovely hotel, lovely staff needs bit of maintenanc
"Staff very friendly, reception looked lovely decorated for Christmas. Rooms lovely and spacious. Only let down is some of the condition of the rooms. With cracks and paint coming off, rust in the sink. It would be fantastic if these little bits were just kept on top of and updated."

"Nice hotel. Room was spacious and modern with a very comfy bed and nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Dinner was disappointing. Although the food was tastey, the portion sizes are very small and considering the price I would not book dinner there again."

The reception staff were put into an impossible position as the hotel has opened for paying guests before ANY of the advertised amenities are available. NO mention of this on their own website until after our trip

We traveled via train from London as Faversham parking is limited and we arrived at Easter weekend.The Sun An easy 10 minute walk through town.Do book a Shepherds Neame Brewery Tour. Really informative and fun tasting at the end!
