We were happy staying in this hotel, very friendly and kind staff. Unfortunately I got flu during my stay but staff at night or during day provide us warm delisious milk which helped us a lot ( my sister got flu from also, So the young lady at midnight was also so kind , i forgot her name, Joan or something like that I would like her to be recognized Also other staff so knowlagble and friendly Only problem room was very small and table stand by bed very small I kniw bigger was available but price was higher I guess they should provide large room for two people Thx

A well situated location, close to transportoptions and about 8 minutes walk from the Central railway station. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The organic breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options available. The rooms were large and conmfortable and well insulated - despite the corder aspect and being on the first floor we heard no external noise. The room inluded a small, well equpied kitchenette that included hot plates and a combined microwave/grill. The only real complaint were that you needed to be tall to hang anything in the warderobe (not great for my wife) and that the lighting was rather dim (hygge apparently). All in all a great stay and we would return without hesitation.

Fantastic pool and resort feeling in the middle of Copenhagen. Great area close to water and central station. Many Great dining options nearby. A bit expensive but worth it.

"No one at the reception when er arrived at 18:00. No sheets, no towels at the appartment. The swimming pool was closed for guest though straff members still were still swinging around.
