This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home provides a cozy and peaceful retreat for your visit to Fayetteville with intentional special touches that we hope will encourage quality time & the making of lifelong memories. A large sectional and two chairs in the living room for conversing or streaming your favorite show or movie, a dining room, a bunk room with a Final Fight arcade game & other fun wall games, and a fenced yard for enjoying nice weather! We allow pets for an additional $100 per pet.

Upon arriving you will find space for 3-4 cars to park in the driveway, along with street parking available. You will use your personal entry code to unlock the front door and enter into the living room which is furnished with a large, comfortable sectional, two additional chairs, and a large Smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney etc. downloaded and ready for you to log into your own accounts. The living room is open to the dining room with a table and seating for 6 people. This space flows into the spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the essential items needed for cooking and eating at the house. From the kitchen or living room you can enter into the hallway which leads to all three bedrooms and the bathroom. The first bedroom is found on your left, which has a king bed and is also where the washer and dryer are located. We have also provided an iron and small ironing board for your convenience! Just past this bedroom, also on the left, is the primary bedroom with a king bed and work space with a desk and office chair that is perfect for any guests working remotely. Across from this room is the full bathroom with a standard bath/shower. At the end of the hall is the bunk room with a full bed on bottom and a twin bed on top. We've added fun games to this room and gaming themed wallpaper, making it a great room for kids! The backyard is large and fenced in, in case you are bringing a pet along.
