Fantastic Location and Phenomenal Communication
I came down to visit family around the area and do some work for my momma. The location is perfectly located within Fayetteville to be close enough to restaurants and other attractions, especially the university, and also very close to an easy out of town to the rural areas (where a lot of my fam lives). The Hayes family is phenomenal at communicating and responding. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to visit.

Very close to campus and shopping. Place is pretty small. Just right for a couple. Something’s need attention in only condo bathroom. Standing water in tub shower while in use and the only outlet for hairdryer is not working. Had to use power strip behind bed to dry hair. We made it work. Enjoyed our time.

Hey guys, first of all we forgot to log out of our Netflix and Disney accounts, so we would greatly appreciate you doing that for us. Location was perfect, but the tub would not drain and the plug in the bathroom was not working. Once we contacted the management and you guys regarding the Netflix,it worked great downstairs but not upstairs. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!

The rental location blew my mind. Being in the middle of Fayetteville you would expect to hear traffic, neighbors, college goings-on, etc.. not a sound but the creek flowing and the birds chirping! The house was so clean and inviting, we definitely had no issue feeling right at home. Convenient location to all of what downtown has to offer. The hosts were very punctual with their responses and kind as can be! If we are to return to Fayetteville for another overnight stay, I know exactly where we will be staying!!

Great little condo! We were able to walk to the game safely. Close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We just wish there were blinds upstairs so we didn’t wake with the sun:) Thank you for accommodating us for the night!

Nice and compact
The property is nice and perfect for a younger generation. We are in our sixties and just found the sofa/ couch too small to relax.. Thank goodness for beautiful weather and ability to be away from condo. We would have liked to have some friends, who were also up for Junk Ranch, over to play cards Friday night. No room to do this. Will stay somewhere else next time.

My daughter and I stayed a night when we came to town to tour U of A. It was exactly as listed, immaculately clean, and smelled great. Check-in/out was smooth and simple. It will be even better once construction is finished on the park nearby. The owners apologized for the construction going on, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all. Would recommend. It is near the campus and many restaurants in the area..

My daughter and I stayed here while touring campus. It is close enough to walk if weather is nice. It’s also a nice walk to the square and Dickson St. The property is very clean and decorated nicely. There was a lot of construction going on in the park across from the front door, so it’s not as beautiful right now as it will be in the near future when it’s done. The road was pretty torn up, but it wasn’t a big problem for us… just not nice to look at. The bed was a little firm for me, but I probably like a softer bed than most. The pillows were nice and fluffy (not flat at all). Great communication and great overall experience!!!
