Park your car in one of two FREE parking spots and explore on foot or bike all the fun and excitement of Downtown Fayetteville. Great place to relax and enjoy your favorite beverage.

The Maverick at Theo's is the perfect place to lounge after a Hogs Win or exploring the Entertainment District. When entering the condo from the street level you will be greeted to an interior hallway with a private entrance.

Upon opening the front door to the condo you will be greeted with an open-concept kitchen and den which makes for the perfect entertaining spot. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to make the perfect meal. If cooking is not in your plans, then a simple walk downstairs to Theo's Dining Room and Lounge is the perfect alternative. Theo's Dining Room & Lounge blends Modern American cuisine with the comfort of Southern Hospitality.

Flanking the open concept kitchen/den are two bedrooms with private baths. Custom showers and toiletries for your convenience.

Great Location if you want to be near Dickson
Great location but if noise will bother you at night you might reconsider, but so fun to walk to bars and restaurants. It was perfect for us! There was no coffee provided (no pods) which was a big dissapointment.

Group of four 60+ year olds. Coffee drinkers. Not enough pods for four people two days. I drink the decaf so I just passed. I heard some complaints about the toilet paper. Other than that the place was great.
