"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"The house is as described and well equipped, there was even a shopping trolley we could use. Mickael was an accommodating and responsive host. The distance to the beach was still (just) walkable with our three-year-old. No need for a car - we came by train - or even a bike within town, but we rented some for exploring further out - the Véloroute du Lin by tandem was particularly fun."

"Please note the town shuts down at 8 PM. They close the hotel and do NOT wait for you to check in. Fortunately a much nicer hotel was down by the actual beach and accommodated us. It worked out bc it was a far superior hotel and not much more money compared to the new Windsor. Stay somewhere else but def visit Etretat. "

"I recommend this apartment. The apartment was delightful. Nice kitchen, very narrow stairway with upstairs beds. We were in Etretat to hike along the cliffs both north and south of town. The town is so small that the apartment was optimally located for those hikes. "

"We stayed in the zen room. There was a separate en suite toilet and bathroom. Jean-Marc and Patricia were very sweet hosts and had thought of everything you could wish for in the property. "Plenty of room, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Overall the properties decoration was a little tired but did not detract from the comfort. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, my mum did find dust in the cupboard in her room but I think most people don't use the cupboards. Overall a beautiful property at a very reasonable price, literally 5 minutes walk from a little beach. If your after a peaceful get away it's perfect."
