"Gorgeous hotel with outstanding service. Felt like royalty from the moment we arrived until saying the last good byes. Irene, the concierge, spent considerable time highlighting sights, restaurants, and bodegas to visit. Seemed genuinely glad to help. From the always smiling bellhops, front desk staff, breakfast staff, to the cleaning help, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The only very small negative was someone in the bar who ran after us as we stepped into the elevator concerned...

"Can't say much about your place other than I highly recommend it. Location can't be beat, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious for Europe, very modern touches and the beds were comfortable. Parking in the car elevator was a wild experience but worked well and price was in line with other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and had a little sound in the morning from the street but nothing that woke us up or was bothersome. Highly recommend."

It's location in the Albaicin makes views of the Alhambra as well as tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. Be sure to buy some sweets from the convent right next store! "We had a lovely 2 night stay. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so there is not much that is walkable nearby. But the accommodation more than made up for that. Nice bedroom with a well equipped and modern attached bathroom. And excellent Wi-Fi! Easy parking too. Christine was an wonderful host, very friendly and providing many tips for the area. Breakfast in the communal dining room was great. We'd be happy to stay here again. "

"The shower did not drain properly and when I informed the hotel, they brought me extra towels to soak up the floor and it appeared to be fixed the next day. "Easy check in just around the corner from the entrance to the apartments. Apartment had everything required and the bed was really comfortable. On the whole the area was pretty quiet, the square outside is shady with lots of trees which is lovely in the summer, only noise was the rubbish being collected early one morning which is just normal life. Would definately stay again, we found parking through telpark app quite cheap 24hr rate and within 5 minute walk."
