"We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"

"The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. "The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. "If I could move into the GA Palace Hotel, I would. Everyone was welcoming from the first minute we arrived. The room was amazing as was the spa. And the breakfast, I could have sat there all day if there wasn't so much to see. The location was great and we walked almost everywhere. I hope to return soon!
