"Hallo :) Uns hat es am Wochenende im allgemeinen gefallen. Jedoch fanden wir die Gläser / Besteck etwas dreckig, da es immer Milichig aussah, evtl spült die Maschine nicht richtig. Gestört hat uns noch, dass es nicht überall Rolladen gab und man das WC und Klo nicht abschließen konnte, das hat uns ..."

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned ..."

I needed help in Raiffeisen bank and the people there were extremely unhelpful and patronising. Attitude towards customers and going the extra mile not something they consider....I only asked some help with a phone call to unblock my card...
