"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"Booked this stay as we wanted to revisit the area for our anniversary with our dogs, cottage was lovely, clean and warm. It had all the items needed ie: kitchen had everything, utility room ideal for washing and drying, did not have much use of the garden as storm Burt landed, visited the Sloop, the Ship Inn, st Davids and dogs managed to have a run on the beach at White Sands. The coments i would like to mention, steps coming down from car park area can be very slippery when wet, and also...

"Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. "My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "I was misled by the search criteria - putting in dates i needed. Then booked in for different days. Yes, i should have checked. But i know my search criteria had correct dates and didnt know it would have offered outside criteria. Luckily one property was vacant and i was given that. I was grateful. BUT i have to say the cost was at least double to what would have been a fair Off grid is one thing, but for that expense i was expecting a shared fridge and some solar lighting/electricity!! Rip...

"Stunning scenery and views as soon as you enter the estate and a warm welcome from reception. Room looked lovely, although a few more comforts needed. Better pillows, more toiletries, and the courtyard lighting made it hard to sleep as only had blinds (not blackouts) and no curtains. We stayed 2 nights and had no room service on the second day, so no replaced toiletries, coffee or towels (nothing major but their book said daily service). Lovely big bath. Bed was comfy. "I can honestly say we have never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere we have stayed, and we travel a lot. The staff were so helpful and seemed genuinely interested in their guests. The dinner options were delicious and very plentiful! The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Great place, we're so happy we chose this venue!"

"Xmas party stay. Very good night had by all. Comfy bed clean bathroom. But could do with a bit of maintaining! Toilet roll holder hanging off. Shower fitment loose. But overall very nice. Excellent breakfast, in fact I would go as far to say, it’s the best I’ve had in a long while so thankyou to the breakfast chef n staff. "
