"This is a very nice property and it is in a great location. The valet service was superb, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool and lounge area were great for relaxing. However, the soft product and service could be improved- the breakfast potatoes (home fries) were undercooked. And when we would request things from the front desk, such as towels for the pool area (the normal poolside towel rack was empty) or a razor for my wife, these items were promised but never delivered. "Beautiful property with savvy charm. We felt like it was a swanky hotel and loved the proximity to the KC Plaza shops and dining establishments. The upstairs bar was so cool too! My only beef was with Expedia for not revealing that the pool was closed for the season. (end of September was our stay). Apparently it was closed after Labor Day. Will stay again and look forward to using the pool next time! "
