"The room was great, we booked the honeymoon suite and it did not disappoint. We also booked massages but since it’s right by the main road (which is like hotel row) it was kind of loud with traffic noise and not as relaxing as I’d usually experience in a “spa”. The availability of staff was also a bit limited which means we had to wait until like 8 am to go ask them questions etc. it worked out but as early risers a bit frustrating. "It was cold weather, 5-6degrees. Panel heater not quite up to heating the room. Bed was ok but pillows were hard. Shower a bit awkward as it's in spa tub. Noy high enough and too close to wall. Otherwise it was comfortable enough for our needs."
