"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. "We selected this apartment to stay over after attending a wedding at the nearby Busby Hotel. It is ideal, just around the corner, with its own parking space right next to the apartment's front door. Check-in was excellent, with a brief chat to the owner, who then showed us where to collect the apartment key. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with a separate living/bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Will use again if visiting that area again."

"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"Caravan was comfortable and was OK for the couple of nights we stayed However some half used items of food had been left in the fridge and the furnishings were a little worn. Caravan and bed were creaky although this was mainly down to the high winds the weekend we were there."

"We were welcomed by mohammed , he was very happy and welcoming and shared a few funny jokes. We had booked as it was my daughter and i joint birthday break and we got 2 complimentary drinks which went down a treat. Hotel was clean, and our room was fantastic. The view was over the river and it was lovely to look out onto 😊 We booked dinner,bed & breakfast and we couldnt fault anything. Food was amazing. We couldnt fit in our pudding and our server boxed it up and gave it to us to take to our room. All the staff from the reception, bar and restaurant were very helpful. Cleaning staff very welcoming and polite."
