"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. "Nous avons passé un excellent week end prolongé, au calme, dans cette belle maison de campagne pleine de charme. Nous étions un peu plus de 20 adultes, les dimensions de la maison étaient parfaites pour notre groupe et le logement respectait en tout point la description faite dans l'annonce (notamment le nombre de couchages avec une mezzanine dortoir très bien aménagée pour accueillir notre grand groupe). Marc et Sarah, nos hôtes, ont été disponibles, discrets et accueillants. Je recommande."

"Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Four of the five bedrooms are spacious, one is rather cramped with a sloping roof. Some might find the noise of the constant water flow distracting, we found it soothing. The village is quaint and authentic in an agricultural area but its quite far to go to get supplies. We loved this place, we were all adults but I think there would be too little to do for children."

"Die Unterkunft war toll und ein Erlebnis. An das Konzept des Trockenklos muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, aber die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns jederzeit gut geholfen und versorgt! Wir konnten den Garten nutzen und fühlten uns wohl, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr nett. Insgesamt war das ein tolles Abenteuer in Morsains!"

"Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub. Great place for a relaxing stay with friends. Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French! Good location and plenty to see in the area"

"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
