"It's not a bad location as the metro and tram are five minutes walk away and two stops and you are in the centre. Day reception staff were great and the breakfast was really worth having, delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful. The decor is cool but the cleaning in the rooms was a bit slapdash, honey wasn't replaced and the desk wasn't wiped down, I had a cold so used the honey and spilled some so it was sticky, was like that for two days but otherwise the standard was really...

"We were very satisfied with our staying the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very supportive. I really liked thatvthe hotel was offering coffees and teas throught the day. The location is great very close to all must see venues in Budapest. The only negative is the absence of an elevator"

"Very easy checkin and check out. Got late checkout upon request. The hotel is extremely clean - they don´t have carpets which in my book is a big plus. Nice service also and good location."

"The road outside and some surrounding roads were being re-done so it was very sandy and dusty. Our taxi still managed to drop us right outside though. Great staff, delicious breakfast, fab rooms and good amenities. Nothing was too much trouble. The chocolate fountain at breakfast was definitely a hit! Would return to this hotel if we visit Budapest again! "
