"This property is located in a great location, about halfway between the Piazza Comunale and the Cattedrale at the summit of the town. The small house is clean and well equipped and the hostess Katia is very helpful and friendly. Be advised that the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs and that there is no air conditioning. "This apartment was very nice. It is new and was very clean. The sheets are a bit rough, but beds were comfortable. It was a bit hot so we were happy to have air conditioning although you have to leave the bedroom doors open as there is just one unit in the living room. We never went to the pool because we were so busy exploring this charming town and surroundings. "The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

Loved the hotel and staff.

"The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner. I don't know if this is practical for the hotel but it may be worth their while to offer meals in the evening. The restaurants we found had excellent cuisine. To be clear this is a suggestion and nor a complaint. I'm sure during high season this isn't a problem. We loved our stay."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"
