"Firstly, all the positives but, unfortunately ending with a negative. On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. Booking in was very easy and I was given a map of the island and a booklet of things to see and do. My room is very clean and spacious with a queen size bed, furniture, sufficient storage, lovely bathroom with bath/shower and complimentary bathroom items. Kettle, tea, coffee milk etc are also in the room. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table. LG tv with remote....

"This place is in very quiet area and surrounded by lovely garden and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest Fermain beach. It had a few choices of adjacent restaurants but the choice is slightly limited unless you go to St Peter’s port town. The hotel staff are all lovely and friendly and accommodated to our needs. Mattress worn out and requires renewal. 2. Bathroom door Jamming at top requiring a real effort to get it closed. 3. Whilst the shower is excellent, the on / off control is so tight it cannot be operated with wet / soapy hands. It needs attention. Having said all this, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
