Perfect for families and friends, our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. The first floor features two ensuite bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, while the ground floor offers two additional bedrooms and a main bathroom. A kids' playroom adds to the entertainment for younger guests.

The well-equipped kitchen opens up to a large dining area and lounge, providing ample space for gatherings and relaxation.

Located just a 10-minute drive from the New Forest and 20 minutes from the beaches of Bournemouth, our home offers proximity to a variety of activities and attractions. Great house for a large group

We had a lovely stay at this property. The hot tub and sauna are such a great feature. The house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The annexe is also a bonus for people needing their own space. Would highly recommend for groups of friends. It is a fair distance from Bournemouth for a night out but easy enough to get taxis.
