"Smooth process, plenty of email notification prior. The location is brilliant, very central with the City Cat ferry terminal just across the road. Had requested a riverside unit on the upper floors if possible and were very happy to receive same. Great views, a bit noisy at night with traffic and sirens etc. Suite was roomy with pretty much all you needed for an 8 night stay. Washing machine, dryer, iron, 2 tvs. Information had stated did not do daily servicing but was done anyway, thank you! Only complaint was the room smelt very musty- went out and bought some air freshener "

"Room was clean and staff were excellent. If you stay there use their dining facilities. Ate there both nights and both meals were 10 out of 10 and cheaper than most places. I will definitely stay there on my next trip. The owner was very friendly as were all the staff I had contact with. Great place to stay."
