"Just a perfect location to take the family. Had everything from great entertainment for the kids to lovely restaurants. Staff couldnt do enough and went into every tiny detail to make sure we had a great trip. Our 1 year old had a minor accident and not only were the staff on hand to help but they sent a 'get well soon teddy bear' - its the small things that make the differences and this hotel really delivers that. "The majority of the hotel staff were amazing. There were regular hotel returners there who were friendly and welcoming. I imagine a lone traveller would have no problems finding a friendly face to talk too. The location is brilliant. It is a pet friendly hotel where the owners dogs are there most of the time, there are also an assortment of cats that wander in. If you are an animal lover this causes no problems at all. "
