I liked the friendliness of the host: the location (opposite south pier) & the room(sea view). The hotelier was very kind & on seeing how lame I am, gave ma a room on a lower floor. I would happily stay there again. There was confusion reaching the hotel because a rival, calling itself the Sands Venue, is under construction & the name is so close to the Sands that I can imagine other future guests getting confused. The upstart venue should be made to change its name

Fantastic B&B with the best hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Immaculately clean. We had the BB set nights sleep in the most comfiest bed. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. It's set in a great location quite central to everything about 10 mins walk to pleasure beach and roughly 15mins to the tower. What a great place the cozy nook is we highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thankyou for a great stay.

Lovely and Calm and Quiet place!
"Very lovely place and beautiful scenes around. Polite and Good helpful Staff too. Felt like being on a peak of the mountian and to add the expirence, RAF fighter flights fly low over the hotel at times. Interesting and never experienced this before. Loved it."
