"The property is stunning but Is not completely finished. The host was very nice and responsive. The place was very clean. The showers are extremely small and the basement has issues with dampness. A dehumidifier would help immensely. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay."

"This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. "Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20...

"We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

"While we can't say enough good things about our stay and especially the helpfulness of the property manager, there are a couple of things to note regarding the information in the listing and reservation. First, there should be clearer definition of the situation regarding air conditioning and fans. It was not what we expected and did present some challenges given the temperatures we experienced. "We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

"My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. Was nice to catch the train back nd spend time drinking wine and eating cheeses in the garden area. Kids loved the space and the grounds around the home. Planning on retuning in the near future "

"We had a great day at Trianon Borgo Pio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had two bedrooms and a couch in the living room. We were traveling with two adults and three children, and we had plenty of space. The location is fantastic. Within easy walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant’ Angelo. We ate several meals on Borgo Pio, which was just a block away. A very nice street with lots of dining options. The rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views of the Vatican....

"Pleasantly surprised. Hôtel is in a great location not on a busy street but a block or two away from it. Close to the train station but very nice. I had dinner at the restaurant my first night & received amazing service. Room was clean, I was so comfortable. Friendly staff. If ever in Rome again, I’ll be staying here!"

"The location of this room is so ideal. It's a couple blocks from the Terimini station and so walkable. We took the Leonardo Express straight from the Fiumicino airport. The hotel allowed us to check in early, the room was so clean and the bed was so comfy(King) I don't know what I loved more the staff and how helpful everyone was (Breakfast, front desk or cleaning staff) or location. It was so close to the tram stations that took you everywhere, Colesseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, all the popular shopping streets. You can tap your ticket right at the fare gates. We did rent a car because we drove to Naples and the Amalfi Coast and their was parking available around the streets. We had trouble with the parking kiosk because everything was in Italian, but the hotel staff was so amazing and even came outside to assist. I know they didn't have to do that, but he did and I thought it was the kindest gesture. We tried all the restaurants around the hotel and they were all delicious. If you are coming from the US make sure you bring a converter for your gadgets. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!"
