Relax in a quaint, clean, and cozy place w/private entrance! My place is 45 minutes from popular peninsulas and attractions, 20 minutes from Cadillac, and 30 minutes from Traverse City! We live upstairs and this is a small downstairs unit for yourselves. Our backyard has woods, and a small pond. It is peaceful. Across the street is beautiful all-sport Fife Lake. (There are houses in the area). In the winter, there are numerous snowmobile trails. Free parking for snowmobiles, 4 x4, a trailer or boat is available! So much to do in the summer with all the wineries, sightseeing and shopping in Traverse City! The beautiful and popular North Country Trail is only a mile away from the house. In the winter, you can park your snowmobile at the Upper Bar, and relax inside by their fireplace with a drink and/or warm meal. Your space here is a large bedroom with a small living area and sofa, full bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a small kitchenette/laundry area (no sink in the kitchenette). In the kitchenette, there is a microwave, small toaster/broiler oven, and a small fridge and freezer. Coffee pot and coffee provided w/cream and sugar cannisters. Relax at the dining table while looking out at the birds or sit at the pond in the morning with your coffee! Enjoy walks along Fife Lake, too! The village provides three restaurants and an ice cream place. Closet storage, wifi, TV, w/Netflix, Amazon, Roku, Fire TV Stick. Iron and ironing board, closet space, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner & use of W/D. Two kayaks and two-person Paddle Boat available. Guests must transport to boat launch nearby.
