"Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory."
"obviously have homeless people in back of building --- i never think mixing homeless housing and travel hotel guests is a wise business decision --- one or the other."

Downtown Dayton townhouse with private garage AND rooftop patio!
10/10 Excellent
"Terrific stay! Very clean townhome in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable beds, fully appointed kitchen with everything you need. The view from the rooftop at sunset was amazing. Balcony patio was great to enjoy the evening as well. I would absolutely stay again. "
"The house itself is stunning. Top to bottom the original woodwork is so pretty. Any questions were quickly answered. Got back late on a Friday and because it is close to the main Oregon District hangouts parking was a challenge. We still found a spot not far and it still felt safe. There is only a keurig so plan that accordingly. Kroger is close but it is an older small one. Wheat Penny was absolutely delicious. Some amenities like cookware and showerhead need updating, if you plan to cook its something to mention. The owners are so nice and we plan on staying again so hopefully it works out."
"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."
