Fantastic location just 400 meters from the Baltic Sea

Prime location just 400 meters to the beautiful archipelago outside VĂ€stervik

The house is located in Uthammer, a small holiday resort on the Baltic Sea directly on a bay with a wonderful archipelago.
The house consists of three rooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, the kitchen is2019 newly built were open to the living area and equipped with induction box, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle. The bathroom has a shower and toilet and a washing machine. The living area has a beautiful sofa, 2 armchairs, fireplace and satellite TV.
Outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and barbecue, where one or another warm summer evening can withstand with safety. Even a fire place for cozy evenings.
The magnificent archipelago off the coast of Oskarshamn to VĂ€stervik is 400 meters walking distance from the house. Jetty and boat dock are available.
Figeholm, just 6 km away, offers shopping, boat rentals, a restaurant, a small harbor and a museum.
Looking for a little more "hustle", Oskarshamn is about 25 minutes by car. There is everything to offer a small town. U. a. A bathhouse, several boutiques, post office, gas station, restaurants, a marina. A day trip to the island of Gotland is possible by ferry or a boat trip to "build Virgin" (BlÄ Jungfru), a small Baltic Sea island, with its unique flora.
Also, the Kingdom of Crystal, Boda Borg, Astrid Lindgren are ideal for a day trip when the weather is not inviting for swimming and sunbathing.
Or how about with long fishing trips (smoke or grill the freshly caught fish directly in the garden), a game of golf, mushroom picking, wonderful walks in the surrounding woods, small climbing park and many more.?

Sehr emfehlenswert!

Alles super. Sehr saubere KĂŒche und sehr sauberes Geschirr (welches sehr umfangreich ist). FĂŒr einige Minuspunkte kann der Vermieter kaum etwas: Diverse Tierchen hört man nachts ĂŒber den Deckbalken krabbeln, einige Spinnweben waren bei Einzug an den Fenstern. Der Fussboden knarzt an einigen Stellen extrem. Ein Hornissennest war ca. 15 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Nachts wurden die Tierchen dann von jedem nicht verdunkelten Fenster magisch angezogen. Das Bettzeug hĂ€tte ein wenig sauberer sein können, und die Matratzen hĂ€rten durchaus etwas hĂ€rter sein können. Über all das lĂ€sst sich hinwegsehen, denn insgesamt war der Urlaub superklasse und Erholung pur. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder hingehen. Spot on!

Ruhiges Idyll im SchÀrengarten

Das HĂ€uschen hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfĂŒllt, die Lage im Blaubeerwald in der kleinen Siedlung direkt an den SchĂ€ren war sogar noch toller als erwartet, die Ausstattung einfach aber vollstĂ€ndig - genau was wir wollten. Ein paar Instruktionen vor Ort wĂ€ren hilfreich gewesen, zB betreff Strand (total nah), MĂŒllentsorgung (?) und Feuermachen auf dem GrundstĂŒck (leider streng verboten, dabei sah die Feuerstelle sehr einladend aus). Wir hatten jedenfalls eine wundervolle Zeit, und können die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen.

Ruhe und Entspannung pur

In unserem FerienhĂ€uschen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und konnten uns richtig entspannen. Auch die Lage im Wald und nur etwa 500m von der Ostsee war traumhaft. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr den Urlaub braucht. Die KĂŒche war top ausgerĂŒstet. Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche.

Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung, nahe an einer Bucht, die zum Baden einlĂ€dt (fĂŒr Kleinkinder nicht unbedingt geeignet, da das Wasser gleich tief ist). Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zum Wandern, Radfahren und Baden ein. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, findet in der Umgebung viele Ausflugsziele (kleine und grĂ¶ĂŸere StĂ€dte, Naturparkts usw.) Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, an viele Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht worden (z.B. verschiedene Spiele). Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit ausreichend Geschirr und neuwertiger Technik. Die Terrasse lĂ€dt zum gemĂŒtlichen Essen und Erholen ein. Unser Urlaub in dieser Wohnung war sehr erholsam, verbunden mit vielen schönen Erlebnissen. Wir wĂŒrden wieder dorthin fahren.

Wunderschöne Lage

Alles wurde so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Inneneinrichtung modern. KĂŒcheneinrichtung komplett. Schöne Terrasse. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Erholung & Badefreuden in Figeholm/Uthammer

GemĂŒtliches, sauberes FerienhĂ€uschen mit toller Holzterrasse in ruhiger Lage im Fewo-Gebiet fußlĂ€ufig zum Strand und kleinem Hafen; KĂŒche lĂ€dt u.a. auch zum Backen ein. Der Garten bietet Möglichkeit fĂŒr ein romantisches Lagerfeuer mit Marshmallow-Grillen :-) Kurze Wege zum Wasser ermöglichen FrĂŒhschwimmen und SonnenuntergĂ€nge am Meer: Bauernhofladen mit KĂŒhen/KĂ€lbern zum Streicheln in 2km Entfernung per Spaziergang erreichbar. Sehr netter, flexibler und immer erreichbarer Vermieter :-)

So, wie man sich Schweden-Urlaub wĂŒnscht!!!!

Die HĂŒtte ist ein Traum. Ausstattung bestens, idyllische Lage, Ruhe, Badesteg 4min zu Fuß und doch so zentral gelegen, dass man den SchĂ€rengarten zwischen Oskarshamn in ne VĂ€stervik sehr gut erkunden kann. Die 2 Wochen gingen sooooo schnell um - und das ganze nur mit kurzen Hosen und Shirts bei bestem Sommerwetter. Ein TrĂ€umchen. Wir empfehlen - wenn möglich - den Tagesausflug per Boot zur „BlĂ„ Jungfru“ (Onlinebuchung vorab notwendig!!!!!) - super toller Tag in grandioser Umgebung!

Schwedenurlaub wie man sich ihn wĂŒnscht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Schweden und die FeWo war wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich! Perfekt fĂŒr Naturliebhaber und zum Abschalten vom Alltagsstress. Es ist wirklich wunderbar gelegen in ruhiger Umgebung und schöner Natur. Da wir super Wetter hatten, konnten wir viel mit den Kindern schwimmen, sowohl im Meer als auch in den umliegenden Seen (mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, unser Liebingssee war der Götemar nordöstlich von Misterhult, ca. 20 Min. Fahrt) Nebenan in Fiegeholm ist ein Supermarkt, der 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet hat und in dem man neben Brötchen auch alles andere fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf bekommt. Kleiner Tip: Der kleine Hofladen ganz in der NĂ€he (bei der Abbiegung von der Hauptstraße) hat auch noch ein paar regionale SpezialitĂ€ten anzubieten....

Entspannung in der Natur mit angenehmer Bademöglichkeit

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Besonders die Ruhe sorgte fĂŒr herrliche Entspannung. Das Baden in der Ostsee ist problemlos ĂŒber die Badeleiter ohne lĂ€stige Steinprobleme möglich. Das Wasser hatte 24 Grad! Info: Der BĂ€cker in Fiegeholm hat das GeschĂ€ft aufgegeben.

Sehr nettes HÀuschen mitten im Wald mit allem was man so benötigt

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit Hund und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung lĂ€sst nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig, alles da, was man so in den Ferien benötigt. Das HĂ€uschen ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausgesprochen gemĂŒtlich. Und die Lage ist natĂŒrlich wunderbar, man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten unten an der Ostsee. Es gibt einen ganz tollen Wanderweg, fast immer am Ufer entlang, den gelben BĂ€ndern um die BĂ€ume und den blauen Pfeilen folgen.... Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert ausgesprochen schnell auf Nachfragen! Alles in allem, wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Natur sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle!

GemĂŒtliches Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen - man merkt, dass der Besitzer das Haus auch selber nutzt. Der angegebene BÀcker ist wirklich fantastisch und man kann, wenn man den gelben Markierungen des Ostkustleden folgt, auch gut hinwandern! Unser Ausflugstipp auf dem Weg nach Oskarshamn: Rechts nach Stensjö By abbiegen und am besten alle drei ausgeschiderten Wege erkunden - traumhafte Smaland-Landschaft rund um ein altes Bauerndorf.
