"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. "Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "

"This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early . "
