"We really enjoyed a lovely stay at the Captains Cabin, it's a beautiful little cottage (mind your head!!) in a lovely peaceful spot and yet it is only minutes walk from the centre of the very picturesque Bourton on the Water. " I was not feeling well the afternoon we checked in. Through no fault of the hotel, the room we had was extremely noisy (the building next door). Even though there were no available rooms, the Manager went out of his way to find a quieter room for me by having a room cleaned that had not yet been cleaned. He and his staff could not have been more accommodating and we really appreciated that. Whenever I am in Oxford, I will be staying at the Randolph!"
