Dear guest,
Zia Biancotta is a unique experience in Finale, a house built around 1500, isolated in the middle of the greenery, but a stone's throw from the sea and the cycling and climbing tourist itineraries.
Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the host who will show you your accommodation in detail and illustrate the experiences you can have during your stay.
In the harvest seasons you will be able to see or participate in the grape harvest or olive harvest and learn how the wine and oil we produce is made, but also visit the honeybees’ hives and see how the honey is extracted.
Your host will always be at your disposal because he is a retired doctor who lives in the villa next door. He will also be happy to guide you to get to know the farm and taste its products.
For lovers of peace: you can enjoy relaxation by resting in the cool, in the green, dining outdoors under a pergola in the silence of the countryside after a day at the beach.
For sports lovers: those who have a bicycle will find it convenient to stay with us because in an instant you can reach the downhill meeting points or the most famous cycling routes. Upon your return you will have a large, well-equipped and safe room inside the house for storing equipment and bicycles, equipped with tools for small maintenance, and there is also a large outdoor area at your disposal for washing bicycles.
Those who love climbing are already close to the Rocca di Perti and a little further on find the cliffs of Pian Marino.
For nature lovers: the farm offers a cross-section of the Ligurian territory, with its terraces and characteristic vegetation. Starting point for excursions to the Rocca di Perti and other wonders of the Finale.
For sea lovers: you can reach it easily because it is less than 3 km away on a flat road.
By bike about 10 minutes. On request, a shuttle service from the house to the beach.

Heaven on earth
I spent one month there and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful house, surrounded by even more beauty. The hosts were superior hosts. Highly recommended. Plus they allowed my dogs who were so upset when we left as was I. Spectacular gardens and they were so generous with their bounty.

Lovely Authentic Italian stay
We had a fantastic week in this beautifully renovated old Italian property. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Giovanni's son who showed us the stunning converted farm building with a courtyard with hill views. Giovanni was a very special and kind host who gave us many of his home grown tomatoes, peaches and plums, olive oil and delicious honey. He respected our privacy but also was very interesting to talk to about Italian life and the history of the properties. The accommodation was a 25 minute walk into the stunning medieval old town of Final Borgo and a further 20 minutes to the beach at Finale Ligure. I wouldn't recommend the walk back in full summer heat! Overall, a fantastic week which felt very Italian!

Beautiful home near the sea and Finalborgo!
Gorgeous views and stunning beaches nearby! We particularly enjoyed Varigotti and the quaint, medieval village of Finalborgo - so many wonderful restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the air conditioning in the bedrooms after a very warm day of exploring the area. Giovanni was a delight to work with. We can't wait to come back soon!! Super Haus mit tollem Gastgeber
Giovanni ist ein super netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei ihm darf man leckerste Tomaten ernten. Außerdem kann man super gutes Olivenöl beziehen von dem bei Anreise eine kleine Flasche direkt un der Kücke zur Verwendung vorfindet. Das Haus ist super und die Klimaanlage ist im HHocjsommer gold wert

Urlaub im Paradies!
Zia Biancotta ist das wahr gewordene Paradies. Das von uns bewohnte Haus ist unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Es liegt direkt vor dem Haupthaus inmitten des traumhaften Grundstückes, auf dem man alles an Gemüse und Obst findet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Giovanni ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits mit landestypischem Gebäck willkommen geheißen und freuten uns dann zum Abschied über eine Auswahl der fantastischen Produkte des Hofes. Wer Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Lage ist auch perfekt für Ausflüge und in 10 Autominuten findet man den ersten Strand. Ich war mit einer Freundin und meinem Hund, der ebenfalls herzlich willkommen war, für einige Tage dort und wäre am liebsten noch Wochen geblieben. Vielen Dank Giovanni für die wunderbare Zeit!

Quiet and beautiful
The house is partly very old and has a great atmosphere. Heating on the cold days was wonderful. Giovanni is a great host, we were allowed to use lemons and herbs from his garden, they wefe amazing.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns wurde in jeder Hinsicht geholfen, Infos zu Touren, wir wurden mit ein paar eigenen Produkten nett begrüßt. Tolle Umgebung. Wir haben fast alles mit dem Fahrrad (MTB) gemacht. Dafür ist die Lage gut geeignet, ca 2-3 km zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum Shuttle Point. 3-4 km zum Meer. Die letzten paar Meter (ca 400 m) geht es einen Feldweg hoch. Gerne wieder.

Wie nach Hause kommen …
Es wird schwer die richtigen Worte zu finden ! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Giovanni und seine Frau sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber ! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit lauter Köstlichkeiten, die Giovanni und seine Frau selbst herstellen und in ihrem Garten anbauen . Das Haus ist schön , groß und landestypisch eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Highlight war es draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen, die Natur direkt vor der Nase . Und der Pizzaofen im Garten … in den haben wir uns verliebt und gleich mit der Planung eines Pizzaofens in unserem Garten begonnen ! Man kann wunderbare Spaziergänge rund um das Haus machen. Unweit befinden sich tolle Osterien, die wir sehr gerne besucht haben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und sagen „Danke“ für dieses schöne Erlebnis Italien ♥️

Eine schöne Zeit und Entschleunigung auf Giovannis Agricultura
Bei der Ankunft gab es eine ausführliche Einweisung in das Haus und die Umgebung, sehr liebevoller Empfang mit lokalen Spezialitäten und selbst hergestellten Honig, Wein und Olivenöl. Das Anwesen ist aus dem frühen 18Jhdt und kombiniert moderne Komfortaspekte (2 Kühlschränke, stabiles Internet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlagen) mit nachhaltiger Möblierung und liebevollen Details. Ein eigener Wirtschaftsraum im Haus bietet die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder gesichert abzustellen und E-Bikes zu laden. Auch ist ein Waschplatz und Montageständer für Bikes vorhanden. Giovanni Penco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und überaus freundlicher Gastgeber, der unseren Aufenthalt mit viel gesundem und sehr leckerem Obst und Gemüse aus dem heimischen Garten bereicherte. Beim gemeinsamen Teetrinken und der Erklärung / Rundführung über die Anbauflächen konnten wir uns einen Überblick der Bewirtschaftung machen. Lokales, saisonales Bio Obst & Gemüse, direkt vom Hof. Der für uns bestgeeignete Hundestrand war in Varigotti zu finden - alles Entfernungen, die gut mit dem Rad zu erledigen sind. Herzlichen Dank an einen zuvorkommenden und immer diskreten Gastgeber, der auch stets für einen frischen Blumengruß vor den Fenstern sorgte.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Anfang Juni hatten wir 12 wunderschöne Tage im Ferienhaus von Giovanni. Das Anwesen liegt etwas oberhalb mitten in einem Olivenhain. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir vom Gastgeber Giovanni eine kleines Willkommenspräsenz (selbstgemachtes Olivenöl, selbstgemachter Honig, selbstgemachten Wein und Ficcachia). Wir wurden gleich mit Tips versorgt, wo die beste Eisdiele zu finden ist, welche Strände sich besonders eignen, wo man gut regionale Produkte einkaufen kann, welche schönen Wanderungen man machen kann etc). Auch wurden wir fast täglich mit reifem Obst, wie zb Pfirsichen versorgt. Im Kräutergarten durften wir uns bedienen und auch die Reifen Zitronen Düften wir ernten, so viel wie wollten! Direkt vom Ferienhaus aus, konnten einige sehr schöne Kletterfebiete fussläufig erreicht werden. Der nächste Strand war mit dem Auto in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und auch die Kinder haben super im Garten spielen können. Es wird sicherlich nicht unsere letzte Reise nach Finale gewesen sein. Hier kann man Kletter-, Wander- und Badeurlaub einfach super kombinieren. Thanks again Giovanni for the great time we had at your place! We really enjoyed it and looking forward to come back to you!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort - und es war wieder perfekt
Wir sind öfters in Finale Ligure zum Mountainbiken und haben letztes Jahr die Unterkunft von Giovanni entdeckt. Da letztes Jahr schon alles perfekt gepasst hat, sind wir dieses Jahr wieder gekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und bietete große Räumlichkeiten. Der Innenhof mit großem Tisch haben wir vor allem beim Frühstücken sehr genossen. Die ganze Anlage hat einen tollen Charme. Nach Finale Borgo sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5-10min. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beste Grüße und vielen Dank!

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch Giovanni mit ligurischen Leckereien und hausgemachten Wein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem rustikalen aber schönen Haus, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein rund um wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Giovanni ist ein aussergewöhnlich netter, zurückhaltender und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seinem kleinen Haus gefühlt, es hat alles gut gepasst. Seine Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit antiken Sachen, die die Seele des Hauses untermahlen. Es war herrlich im Februar die vollen Orangen- und Zitronenbäume um sich zu haben. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft mit frischer Foccacia und eigenem Wein empfangen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
