"Hotel was undergoing renovations so rooms were limited. We had room 201; which was fantastic! Outdoor balcony facing the street. Fireplace in the room (unfortunately, we couldn’t figure out how to work it). Bed was great, but I’ve never liked the smooshy pillows. The shower was also amazing. Breakfast was sparse. Fresh coffee, but packaged foods. Some pastries. Lots of antique shops, could spend hours in them. We had breakfast at the beignets place. Great food and service. The local police...

"Visited this motel before. It has been updated a little, we stayed in a separate part of the complex so that was good. We brought our dog, and she was very happy. Lots of areas to eat are close by. "Stayed in ADA room, however the roll-in shower needed a grab bar on the outside. I did not feel safe exiting shower. We appreciated the fact that we could access our room from the outside, but there were 2 very dangerous steps and ramp access was to far away. It was extremely painful getting up the steps, but it was still preferable to the long painful walk."
