"It was terrible. The description described another house which is next to the ones you're getting. You get three separate houses in which you can sleep in. They are messy, dirty and uncomfortable. You don't get a blanket or a pillow. Also the door leading to the terass is broken and they fixed it with a lath to prevent people from come in. Definitely not worth the money. We left and try to get our money back."

However, it started with the hiccup of the VRBO description being on the wrong island (it is NOT on Ingmarsö Södra, an 8 minute walk from the ferry dock as the description is or at least was, hopefully that gets updated!). It is on Gistholmen that you need to take the Waxholmsbolaget ferry to (no need to book ahead, but depending on the day and season there might only be two potential drop-off and pick-up times). Our lovely host offered to refund our money,...

It’s located in a small island with many activities to enjoy- walk, jog, swim, go to the spa. We booked a room overlooking the water and it was extremely nice and quiet. The room had a good size and the bathroom was clean and nice. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
