"It was all around very good. They had everything that they said they would and it was all to a pretty good standard too. Room was very nice and clean. Staff were very helpful whenever we needed any assistance. The area around the hotel was lovely too, perfect for anyone looking to see Rome for the first time. "

"The Staff at breakfast time were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and full of fun, especially the young man from Sicily, they really brightened our day! We didn't realise that you had to book the sauna, so we missed out!. :("

"The location of this room is so ideal. It's a couple blocks from the Terimini station and so walkable. We took the Leonardo Express straight from the Fiumicino airport. The hotel allowed us to check in early, the room was so clean and the bed was so comfy(King) I don't know what I loved more the staff and how helpful everyone was (Breakfast, front desk or cleaning staff) or location. It was so close to the tram stations that took you everywhere, Colesseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, all the popular shopping streets. You can tap your ticket right at the fare gates. We did rent a car because we drove to Naples and the Amalfi Coast and their was parking available around the streets. We had trouble with the parking kiosk because everything was in Italian, but the hotel staff was so amazing and even came outside to assist. I know they didn't have to do that, but he did and I thought it was the kindest gesture. We tried all the restaurants around the hotel and they were all delicious. If you are coming from the US make sure you bring a converter for your gadgets. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!"

"Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay but was misleading about laundry facilities, there is no laundry facilities. It’s a laundry service, and only in the am. I really only stayed there to do laundry but lesson learned, call ahead next time"
