Clean, Modern Kitchen and Bathrooms
We stayed here with another couple for 4 nights. There was snow on the ground, so we are unable to unload our luggage on the condo’s level. We had to bring our belongings down the stairs from the garage. The unit is modern, with a very nice kitchen and two full bathrooms. We were here when it was pretty cold outside. So, we appreciated the two good heaters. The bedrooms are small, but comfortable. The mattress, for me, was too firm, causing me back pain by morning each day. The last day, I noticed there were some foam cushions for the bed in the closet. Too late for me. The layout is a bit strange, with the stairs down from the garage opening directly into one of the bedrooms. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living area, which is unusual and a nice amenity.

Very nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment
We stayed here one night with another couple on our way from Phoenix to Las Vegas. I wish we had had more time to explore the Flagstaff area. Joey's place worked out great for our group. The place was very clean and nicely remodeled and in a great neighborhood. Having our own garage was wonderful. There are 2 separate primary bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The kitchen and living space was also well done and perfect for four people. This space is in the lower level of Joey's house. There are separate entrances to the apartment - a door in the single garage leads down to the unit and another from an outside door entrance. We would love to stay at this unit again when visiting Flagstaff.

Grand Canyon experience
I brought a couple of friends to see the Grand Canyon for the first time. We decided to take the train from Williams to the south rim. Changed our stay to another day and Host Joey was very accommodating. Loved the area. Would book this again in a heartbeat!

Friends to see Friendly Friends
Two couples came to Flagstaff to see a friend preform at the Ophrem. We had a great weekend. The place is cute and well stocked. We had a little trouble figuring out the heaters but eventually got those going. The beds are very hard. One of our group loved them, the rest of us, not so much. Two nights was doable but I wouldn’t have been able to stay any more nights on those mattresses. I do suggest new mattresses. Location was great, just a few minutes into town. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check-in was a breeze as well. As check out there is a coffee pot in the unit but not a Keurig. I only mentioned that because I brought coffee pods and we had to go buy coffee.

Great Place
We just stayed 1 night for a quick ski trip. Booking, check in and directions were seamless! The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean, great neighborhood! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Spacious kitchen/living/dining area. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!
